Description:
Air Shower Tunnel have become an integral component of the modern cleanroom because their benefits
more than pay for the small amount of space they occupy. With their interlocking doors and automatic
cycling, air showers act as traffic guards, controlling passage into and out of the cleanroom.
Designed to remove surface contamination from personnel entering a cleanroom.
Shower is automatically actuated upon entry-releasing a bath of clean air from the side walls and ceiling.
After a timed duration, the shower shuts off and allows exit. The HEPA filtered air is 99.99% efficient on .3 microns, and is recirculated for containment.
Available in two configurations: Model S (straight-thru, illustrated), and model L (providing right angle passage).

Filter: Twelve inch HEPA (High Efficiency Particulate Air) type, PSL challenged, zero probed. Minimum efficiency of 99.99% at .3 microns.
Pre-filter: One inch bonded polyfiber media minimizes surface-loading. Low wall return to HEPA filter atop unit. Quick release grille.
Blowing type: single-side blowing, double-side blowing, three-side blowing.
Operation Instruction
1.Put air shower on the correct location, connect the power wires of air shower with the power wires,
There are FIVE lines: 3*Live line, 1*Null line and 1*Earth line. The power supply is AC380V/50HZ/3 phases.
2. In order to make sure air shower to work normally and the cleanliness of workshop, please kindly use air shower according to the following correct method.
2.1 Please check if there are any people in air shower before you enter it. When air shower is working entrance door and exit door are electronic interlocked, it is forbidden to open the door at this moment.
2.2 Put hand toward to Open switch, the entrance sliding door will open , enter air shower, then entrance sliding door will be close automatically, photoelectric sensor is reacted by people or goods, blower fan will be
blowing automatically (The air shower time is set 15seconds at factory, it is forbidden to change the air shower time during blowing), after blowing, exit sliding door open automatically, go out air shower,
then exit sliding door will be close automatically.

Is it possible to alter the settings on the air shower?
Our air showers allow the operator flexibility to program numerous settings using an easy-to-use touch-screen control panel. You can easily set cycle operation times, entrance/exit delays, when the lights turn off/on, and more.
Testing in factory:
All of equipment will be individually tested for safety and performance in accordance with international Standards before shipment.
Each unit is shipped with a documentation outlining the tests undertaken and the units individual results for each unit.
Testing before shipment:

Warranty:
The warranty of our equipment is for 1 year, but excluding consumable parts and accessories.
All equipment is shipped with a comprehensive use’s manual with testing report.
